Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
When creating an account on 3a2, you are required to provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited. Each individual may only operate one account; if multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
Password & Account Security
Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Never share your OTP, PIN, or login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 3a2 support team immediately. 3a2 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.
User Responsibilities
- Hacking any system on the platform, or using bots or automated software, is strictly prohibited.
- Defrauding or harassing other users is strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of promotional offers or bonuses may result in the cancellation of the associated account and balance.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
Payment, Transaction & Account Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 3a2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method. Identity verification (National ID or passport) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
Transaction Terms
Settled bets or game results cannot be reversed. Withdrawals cannot be processed until any applicable bonus or wagering requirements on your deposit balance have been met. Any credits erroneously added to your account due to a technical error may be reclaimed by 3a2 at any time.
Account Suspension & Closure
An account may be suspended or permanently closed for any of the following reasons: providing false information, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, being identified as an underage user, or using the platform for illegal purposes. In the event of account closure, 3a2 will consider refunding any valid balance; however, balances may be forfeited in cases involving rule violations.

The 3a2 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 3a2 will not be directly liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems. However, in such cases, the 3a2 support team will take appropriate action regarding any affected bets or transactions.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
